Enabled the first autonomous surface mining deployment for OEM in North America by delivering technical rollout readiness and harmonizing organizational change management. Translated complex engineering constraints into actionable plans for operations, safety, and leadership
2024 311 Go Live for 311 Non-Emergency Call Center (Project Manager)
Development and go-live of 311 call center to alleviate 911 and improve customer experience. Onboarded partner departments. Aligned efforts of City and County.
2023 Automotive RfP for High Performance Computing (Management Consultant)
Coached business development team (12 people) on large scale automotive RfP for high performance computing. Developed storyline, message set and value proposition.
2023 Chemical RfP for DevOps Service (Management Consultant / Coach)
Coached business development team and technical teams for client in successful RfP bid for a DevOps service. Led redesign of value proposition, storyline, accompanying materials. Coached team on pitch presentation.
2022 Data Innovation Program (Management Consultant)
Accelerated data innovation program that was behind schedule and quality. Developed use case generation and evaluation framework for the customer environment. Developed concept for data culture transformation.
2021-22 Cloud Solution Assessment (Program Manager)
Lead analytics and CloudAtlas® (UnifyCloud) based cloud migration & modernization assessment program in EMEA. Stakeholder management, SLA reporting, training & leading of teams (15 FTE). Increased SLA performance increase from <30% to 90%.
2021 Information Security Awareness Strategy (Management Consultant)
A new information security business unit was to be introduced with the customer, which required an awareness program strategy plan. Scope included developing target picture, gap analysis, 5-year roadmap and planning of the first 3 campaigns.
2021 Predictive Maintenance Industrialization (Project Manager & SME)
Creation of a concept for industrializing an empirical decision-making component into a digital service in the automotive industry. Scope included assessment of current technology, readiness analysis, high level design of decision agent, training of senior staff on complexities of AI integration.
2020 ED&I Strategy in a Chemical Company (Management Consultant)
Consulting for a transformation team tasked with building and implementing an awareness strategy for “Equity, Diversity and Inclusion”. Scope included consulting on building target picture, data acquisition, data analysis, stakeholder management and obtaining management buy-in.
2020 Cloud Migration (Program Manager)
As result of a strategic realignment of a cloud provider, 200 corporate customers needed to migrate their environments into a new data center. Scope included program management and coordination of project teams and stakeholder groups in India, USA, and Germany.
2019-20 Information Security Management Life-Science (Communications Manager)
As part of a security policy rollout, current business unit requirements needed to be realigned with security strategy and approach. Liaison between information security and all affected business units in Germany. Development of exception processes to guarantee business continuity.
2019 Consultant School: Digital Mindset (Digital Coach / Faculty)
Lead one week training for industry experts on digitization and digital transformation, including emerging technologies, work methods like storytelling, agile methods, innovation frameworks, emotional intelligence, and strength-based team management.
2018-19 AI, ML & Analytics Workshops (Expert for Artificial Intelligence)
Held workshops for the topics of AI, Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning for managers and senior executives on Future Mobility Services, autonomous driving, dynamic/intelligent pricing, marketing, predictive maintenance, and digital transformation.
2018-19 Predictive Maintenance MVP (Project & Innovation Manager)
Development of a ML based prediction model for estimation of component failures in connected vehicles. Scope included use case selection based on business case analysis, connected vehicle data analysis, readiness study on industrialization, system evaluation concepts, stakeholder management, assistance in internal sales for budget, successful implementation on a POV.
2016-18 International Smartcard & Certificate Rollout (Project Manager)
Smartcards holding user certificates were upgraded for an international chemical company with 120k+ cardholders. The certificate standard was raised with this rollout. Project needed to develop solutions with the PKI team and various encryption and access stakeholders, as well as mobile system management. Successfully completed the rollout by leading a DevOps team for the certificate management service.
